    • Your early check-in and late check-out requests will be evaluated depending on the availability of our hotel.

Cancellation and Amendment Conditions

    • Cancellation notifications for daily accommodation reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the day of check-in.

    • Otherwise, a one-night stay fee will be charged.




  2. Amendment Procedure



    • If changes are requested on the accommodation dates, these requests must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Changes can only be made according to availability.




  3. Deposit and Refund



    • for stays lasting 30 days or less, the entire fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.

    • for stays of 30 days or more, the cost of the 30-day stay will be charged at the time of booking and there will be no refund in case of cancellation.
